Do preserved roses have a scent?

While some may retain a light natural fragrance, the preservation process removes most of their scent. You can add a gentle floral fragrance if desired.

Returns & Cancellations

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Since our roses are handcrafted and made to order, all sales are final. Returns and exchanges are only accepted if the product arrives damaged.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order is damaged during shipping, please email us within 24 hours with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the case and offer a resolution.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be canceled before production begins. Once an order is processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
